Contact opens June 15 sophomore year. April 1 junior year for official visits. December early signing, February NSD. Transfer window: January 2–16 only — spring window permanently eliminated. Roster: 105 limit, 85 equivalencies.

Men's Basketball

Contact opens June 15 sophomore year. Transfer portal: April 7–21. Roster limit: 15. AAU is the #1 evaluation circuit — coaches schedule their entire summer around it.

Women's Basketball

Contact opens June 15. Transfer portal: April 6–20. EYBL and Nike circuits are primary evaluation vehicles. Women's D1 has grown rapidly — mid-major programs often develop players better than high-profile programs.

Baseball

Contact opens September 1 junior year — later than most sports. Early signing in November. Roster: 34 limit, 11.7 equivalencies. Very few full rides. Showcase circuits (Perfect Game) are critical for visibility.

Softball

Contact opens September 1 junior year. 25 roster, 12 equivalencies. Travel ball is the primary recruiting vehicle. Summer before junior year is peak evaluation season.

Soccer

Contact opens June 15 sophomore year for D1. Club soccer carries far more recruiting weight than high school soccer. ECNL and GA are the primary evaluation circuits. Top programs commit athletes sophomore year or earlier.

Volleyball

Contact opens June 15 sophomore year. Club volleyball (AAU) is essential. 12 equivalencies. Many Power 4 recruits commit before junior year. Mid-majors and D2 frequently offer more playing time and total aid than partial Power 4 scholarships.

Contact opens January 15 junior year for most D1 programs. 12.6 equivalencies (men's), 18 (women's). Know where you rank nationally before approaching coaches.

Contact opens January 15 junior year. 9.9 equivalencies men, 14 women. USA Swimming time standards are the benchmark — outreach without competitive times rarely gets responses.

September 1 junior year contact opens. Men's: 12.6 equivalencies. Women's: 12. Club lacrosse showcase tournaments are primary evaluation tools. D2 and D3 programs are legitimately strong.
